Shot Clock Violation
End of 1st Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Brian Forte to determine whether or not the field goal made by the Raptors Bismack Biyombo at the 00:43 mark in the quarter was released prior to time expiring on the shot clock. Initially the referees on the floor ruled that Biyombo did not release his field goal attempt in time and after review the call was upheld.
