Flagrant Fouls

4:19 4^th Quarter-The crew chief Ken Mauer communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Hawks Jeff Teague met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Teague was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
