Flagrant Fouls
9:17 2nd Quarter-The crew chief James Capers communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Hawks Mike Scott met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Scott was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
