Flagrant Fouls
3:50 3rd Quarter-The crew chief Marc Davis communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Celtics Jared Sullinger met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Sullinger was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
