Flagrant Fouls

9:59 4^th Quarter – The crew communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Blazers’ Ed Davis met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review it was determined that the foul met the criteria and Davis was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
