Shot Clock Violation
1:55 2nd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official James Williams to determine whether or not the field goal made by the Raptors Norman Powell at the 5:37 mark in the quarter was released prior to time expiring on the shot clock. Initially the referees on the floor ruled that Powell did not release his field goal attempt in time and after review the call was upheld.
