Off-Ball Fouls
3:13 3rd Quarter-Referees John Goble, Nick Buchert, and Brett Nansel communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the off-ball offensive foul by the Thunder’s Steven Adams took place before or after the field goal make by the Thunder’s Serge Ibaka. Initially the referees ruled that Adams foul happened before Ibaka’s shot attempt and after the review the call was upheld. No basket for Ibaka on the play.
