Flagrant Fouls

6:22 1^st Quarter-The crew chief Scott Foster communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Celtics Evan Turner met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Turner was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
