Flagrant Fouls

4:17 1^st Quarter – The crew communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Thunder’s Russell Westbrook met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review it was determined the foul did not meet the criteria and Westbrook was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
