Flagrant Fouls

10:15 3^rd Quarter – The crew communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Cavaliers’ JR Smith met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review it was determined that the foul met the criteria and Smith was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
