00:21.7 4th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Eric Lewis to determine whether or not the Raptors Bismack Biyombo committed a goaltending violation. Initially the referees on the floor ruled that Biyombo did commit a goaltending violation and after review the call was upheld.
