Flagrant Fouls
8:25 3rd Quarter-The crew chief Scott Foster communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Raptors DeMarre Carroll met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Carroll was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
