Flagrant Fouls

3:21 4^th Quarter-The crew chief Ken Mauer communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Raptors Bismack Biyombo met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Biyombo was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
