00:03.7 2nd Quarter – The crew communicated with Replay Center official Pat Fraher to determine whether or not the off-ball foul committed by the New York Brandon Jennings took place prior to Boston inbounding the ball. After review it was determined that Jennings committed the foul prior to the ball getting inbounded .
