Flagrant Fouls

5:37 3^rd Quarter-The crew chief Bill Spooner communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Suns Marquese Chriss met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Chriss was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
