Flagrant Fouls

5:37 4^th Quarter-The crew chief Tony Brothers communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Trail Blazers CJ McCollum met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review McCollum was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
