1:52 2nd Quarter-The crew chief Monty McCutchen communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the offensive foul committed by the Celtics Amir Johnson met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Johnson was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
