Off-Ball Fouls

7:53 4^th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Steve Anderson to determine whether or not the off-ball foul committed by the Pelicans Buddy Hield took place prior to the Grizzlies Tony Allen releasing his inbound pass. After review it was determined that Hield committed the off-ball foul prior to Allen releasing his inbound pass.
