Flagrant Fouls

25.4 4^th Quarter – Referees Scott Foster, Pat Fraher, and Haywoode Workman communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Heat’s Norris Cole was called for a foul. After the review, Cole was assessed a common foul not a flagrant foul.
