00:25 1st Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Bill Spooner to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Jazz’s Dante Exum took place prior to the 76ers Nik Stauskas starting his gather. After review it was determined that Exum committed the off-ball foul after Stauskas had already started his gather to shoot.
