Flagrant Fouls

1:17 3^rd Quarter-The crew chief Derrick Stafford communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Heat’s Willie Reed met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Reed was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
