Flagrant Fouls

3:50 1^st Quarter-The crew chief Bennie Adams communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Trail Blazers Ed Davis met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Davis was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty. Replay Center official James Capers assisted on the call.
