Restricted Area

1:27 4^th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Matt Boland to determine if the Spurs Manu Ginobili was in the restricted area after he a drew a charging foul against the Rockets James Harden. Initially the referees on the floor ruled that Ginobili was not in the restricted area however after review the call was overturned and a blocking foul was assessed to Ginobili.
