Flagrant Fouls

8:10 3^rd Quarter-The crew chief John Goble communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Cavaliers JR Smith met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Smith was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
