Flagrant Fouls

2:08 4^th Quarter-The crew chief Bennie Adams communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Thunder’s Russell Westbrook met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Westbrook was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
