00:56.4 2^nd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Haywoode Workman to determine who the correct free throw shooter should be after a foul was committed by the Rockets James Harden. After review the Trail Blazers Allen Crabbe was ruled to be the correct free throw shooter.
