6:09 1st Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official CJ Washington to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Pelicans Anthony Davis took place prior to the Pelicans Tim Frazier starting his shooting motion. . After review it was determined that Davis committed the off-ball foul after Frazier was already in his shooting motion.
