Off-Ball Fouls
1:05 1st Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Jason Phillips to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Knicks Brandon Jennings took place prior to the Trail Blazers CJ McCollum starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Jennings committed the off-ball foul prior to McCollum starting his shooting motion.
