10:04 4th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Zach Zarba to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Spurs Jonathon Simmons took place prior to the Hornets Marco Belinelli starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Simmons committed the off-ball foul before Belinelli started his shooting motion.
