Flagrant Fouls

2:25 4^th Quarter-The crew chief James Capers communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Rockets Clint Capela met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Capela was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
