3:48 4th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Michael Smith to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Cavaliers Kyrie Irving took place prior to the Bulls Isaiah Canaan starting his shooting motion. After review it was determined that Irving committed the off-ball foul prior to Canaan starting his shooting motion.
