4:26 3rd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Justin Van Duyne to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Raptors Kyle Lowry took place prior to the Celtics Jae Crowder releasing his inbounds pass. After review it was determined that Lowry committed the off-ball foul before Crowder released his pass.
