Flagrant Fouls

5:15 2^nd Quarter-The crew chief Bill Kennedy communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Thunder’s Russell Westbrook met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Westbrook was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
