Flagrant Fouls

11:34 2^nd Quarter-Referees Ron Garretson, Mark Lindsay, and Justin Van Duyne  communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Pelicans Jeff Withey was called for a foul.  After the review Withey was assessed a common foul not a flagrant foul.
