Flagrant Fouls

8:54 4^th Quarter-The crew chief Scott Foster communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Suns Alan Williams met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Williams was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
