Flagrant Fouls
2:37 3rd Quarter-The crew chief Ed Malloy communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Raptors DeMar DeRozan met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review DeRozan was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
