Flagrant Fouls
4:04 2nd Quarter-The crew chief Pat Fraher communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Trail Blazers Allen Crabbe met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Crabbe was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
