Off-Ball Fouls
4:11 1st Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Marc Davis to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Rockets Trevor Ariza took place prior to the Suns Tyson Chandler releasing his inbounds pass. After review it was determined that Ariza committed the-off ball foul after Chandler released his inbounds pass.
