10:15 2nd Quarter – Referees Bill Kennedy, Courtney Kirkland and JT Orr communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the 76er’s Tony Wroten was called for a foul. After the review Wroten was assessed a clear path foul as the foul penalty.
