Flagrant Fouls

1:06 3^rd Quarter-The crew chief Zach Zarba communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Knicks Derrick Rose met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Rose was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
