7:01 1st Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Mark Lindsay to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Pelicans Solomon Hill took place prior to the Mavericks Wesley Matthews starting his shooting motion. After review it was determined that Hill committed the off-ball foul before Matthews was in his shooting motion.
