Flagrant Fouls

1:22 2^nd Quarter-The crew chief Monty McCutchen communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Suns Tyson Chandler met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Chandler was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
