Flagrant Fouls

8:59 3^rd Quarter-The crew chief Bill Kennedy communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Raptors Patrick Patterson met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Patterson was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
