Flagrant Fouls

5:30 4^th Quarter-The crew chief Bill Kennedy communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Trail Blazers CJ McCollum met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review McCollum was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
