Off-Ball Fouls
2:16 4th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Justin Van Duyne to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Knicks Joakim Noah took place prior to the Hawks Paul Millsap starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Noah committed the off-ball foul before Millsap started his shooting motion.
