00:01.1 1st Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Justin Van Duyne to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Kings Matt Barnes took place prior to the Trail Blazers Evan Turner releasing his inbounds pass. After review it was determined that Barnes committed the off-ball foul before Turner released his pass.
