Off-Ball Fouls
7:32 2nd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Mike Callahan to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Heat’s Wayne Ellington took place prior to the Celtics Marcus Smart releasing his inbounds pass. After review it was determined that Ellington committed the off-ball foul before Smart released his inbounds pass.
