Flagrant Fouls

1:08 2^nd Quarter-The crew chief Pat Fraher communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Hawks Dwight Howard met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Howard was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
