00:49.5 2^nd Quarter-The crew chief Scott Foster communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Lakers Timofey Mozgov met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Mozgov was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
