Shot Clock Violation
5:12 3rd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official JT Orr to determine whether or not the field goal made by the Raptors Kyle Lowry at the 11:36 mark in the quarter was released prior to time expiring on the shot clock. Initially the referees on the floor ruled that Lowry did release his field goal attempt in time however after review the call was overturned to a shot clock violation.
